How long does it take?
Our services and quality time with your pet take time. You should expect 2-4 hours per dog.
Will my dog be around other dogs?
We keep all the pets in our care separate. This is for health and safety purposes!
How often should my dog be groomed?
The average time between grooms for a dog that gets regular haircuts is 4-6 weeks!
Will my dog be in a kennel?
Yes! We believe keeping dogs separately in clean kennels is the safest way for them to wait for service or pickup. We do offer an upgrade that includes minimal kennel time upon request.
What comes with my service/Do you have add-ons?
Unlike most other salons, NEON is all inclusive. This means your dogs groom comes with every upgrade they need. You can expect their nails cut and filed, ears cleaned, and teeth brushed. But this can also mean ear plucking, paw balm, and coat sprays etc...
What vaccines are required?
We require a current rabies vaccine to service your pup. We also recommend you follow your vet's advice for other vaccines, but will only ask for proof of rabies.
When should I start grooming my new puppy?
We recommend starting the grooming process as early as 10-12 weeks! The sooner they get a little practice the more used to grooming they will be - you should try to get in several practice appointments before your pup needs it's first full haircut.
