Policies

The health and safety of your pet is our number one priority - so we have some policies we'd like to clarify.  

Health & Safety
All pets must be healthy, and any known medical conditions must be disclosed at check-in. Grooming elderly or infirm pets is done at the owner's risk and may involve health complications, including stress or sudden death.


Pets must be current on their rabies vaccine per state laws (unless otherwise discussed).


If a medical emergency occurs and you are unavailable, you authorize NEON Pet Salon to seek veterinary care at your expense. In some cases, NEON may cover emergency costs, but this is determined case by case.


Sedatives
If your pet requires medication to be groomed, it must be prescribed by a veterinarian and given prior to arrival. Please inform us if your pet has been sedated before the appointment. If the sedative affects your pets ability to be groomed we will ask you to come get them.


Grooming Process
Our pricing is all-inclusive and based on breed and grooming time. If a service (e.g., nails, ears, teeth) is not completed due to pet stress or safety concerns, the full price still applies.
Severe matting or coat removal may result in skin irritation, nicks, bruising, or other issues. These procedures are done only with owner approval and at the owner's risk.


Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations/reschedules require 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full grooming fee.
No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged the full service amount. This fee may be charged automatically if a card is on file or added to your account.Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event of emergencies or severe weather.


NEON reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment as needed.


Late Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Please arrive on time. Late drop-offs may result in rescheduling or a late fee.
Pets must be picked up within 30 minutes of notification unless otherwise arranged. After 30 minutes, a $10 late pick-up fee may apply, and repeated late pickups may result in refusal of future appointments.


Photo & Social Media Release
We love sharing the fabulous results of our work! You grant NEON Pet Salon permission to take and share photos/videos of your pet on our website, social media, and promotional materials. No personal information will be shared.
If you prefer not to have your pet featured, please let us know at check-in.


Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason, including behavior or safety concerns.
